We achieve this by providing a SaaS platform that companies use to achieve strategic goals in areas of business, IT, and data. But, in order for us to keep delivering the best possible product to our customers, solid business analysis and reporting is crucial!

You’ll work with a nice mix of marketeers, engineers and business leads in an agile environment. We are scaling-up our data capability and a critical hire is in analytics! We plan to grow the data team with data scientists and data analysts, to make sure we can together improve our smart decision making ánd our platform BlueDolphin.

Job requirements

As a data analyst at ValueBlue, you'll need to:

  • Assist in setting up a central datahub or platform from where data analysis can be executed company wide
  • Define the processes to make sure that data will be gathered in the right way, assuring data quality and defining our taxonomy
  • Identify areas where we can improve data gathering by automation
  • Set up and maintain automated data processes in different tools
  • Identify, evaluate and implement the tools and analysis to support continuous data validation and cleansing
  • Discuss, produce and track key performance indicators for sales, marketing, development and finance
  • Develop, create and organize reports an dashboards in different tools like PowerBI, SalesForce and Hubspot for different stakeholders in the organizations
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to fully understand data content
  • Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Design and carry out surveys and experiments


Why this role is for you (or not)

  • You have about 5 years of professional experience working as a data analyst
  • You have experience with working for Enterprise/B2B SaaS platforms
  • Basic knowledge of existing reporting tools is a pre (SalesForce, Hubspot, PowerBI)
  • You have strong programming skills in languages such as (no)SQL, Python, R
  • You have a pro-active, can-do attitude and take great care of your own work
  • You are currently living in the Netherlands or in the process of relocating
