Where can I make the impact?

We’re looking for an experienced Manager Software Engineering responsible for our product teams and product implementation process from start to finish. Reporting into the Chief Product Owner, you work with ValueBlue's highly experienced development team. Providing strategic vision on the growth and composition of the required capabilities. Leading through people and coaching engineers in their professional and personal growth.

The success of our software product is largely due to the process, vision and the implementation of the technology, as well as its timeliness to market. And this is where you can provide the impact.

Job requirements

Do you match our required skill-set?

  • Master degree in Information & communication technology, or related in business/IT;
  • At least 10 years of working experience including managing teams, leading software engineers, ideally in software or SaaS companies;
  • Deep experience implementing and guiding teams with Scrum, Agile Safe, Devops and other software development process methodologies;
  • Developed QA processes, created a quality culture and hired QA engineers;
  • Built up Product Owner and UX processes and understand the PO/UX mindset;
  • Seasoned manager working with both junior and senior engineers and coaching them to greater achievements;
  • Knowledge in the area of the digital transformation and/or Enterprise Architecture;
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
