ValueBlue is the innovative company behind the BlueDolphin platform. Our mission is to enable organizations to achieve goals faster, together and based on insights. We achieve this by providing a SaaS platform that companies use to achieve strategic goals in areas of business, IT, and data. Companies such as Wakefern corp., Boskalis, the ANWB, Erasmus University, VolkerWessels and Disney. But, in order for us to keep delivering the best possible product to our customers, a slick Front-end is crucial.
What about the tech team?
You’ll work with a nice mix of testers, back-end and front-end developers spread between the Netherlands and Romania in an agile environment. We plan to scale-up our in-house engineering department and the first critical hires are the Front End developers. After that, we plan to grow the Backend and Q&A teams, to make sure we can together improve our codebase and tech stack.
It is important to us that every colleague does most of what they love to do. We believe this is the best way for everyone to have a great and positive contribution to our solution, the team and the company. We strive for a combination of constant learning and fun and offer an environment where people can work independently and communicate openly.
Does this sound like you?
I know how to manage my work in an agile environment and collaborate with people from other expertises. I own my work, I care about high quality code and see great value in testing. Working on a migration project? That’s exactly what I did in my previous job. When I have a great idea, I share it with my team, because I want to constantly improve our product. I also support my colleagues when they need help, because I believe that the best results are achieved together with a great team. I basically just love IT, so I try to keep up to date on new technologies and innovations.
How about the current tech stack?
