join us as Product Content Marketer in the Marketing team.
ValueBlue is the company behind software platform BlueDolphin – the Enterprise SaaS tool that helps CIOs and Enterprise Architects to plan, collaborate and manage digital business transformation.
Our team of 60+ colleagues work across a range of functions including Product Management & Development, Sales & Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Success and Support. We currently have over 150 customers using BlueDolphin across the globe, from global corporations like A.S. Watson, Randstad, and Wydham Hotel Group to financial, governmental and consumer organizations such as ABN Amro, VolkerWessels, Rituals and the City of Amsterdam.
As Product Content Marketer, you will lead the product content strategy for our software platform BlueDolphin, establish and articulate key messages relating to the product and be responsible for planning, creating, distributing and optimizing content that educates, inspires and helps our audience to understand its capabilities throughout the full sales funnel.
Armed with a technical mindset and an eye for detail, you will work closely with members of our leadership team as well as our specialist consultants on the ground to combine strategic vision with specific product knowledge, and develop product marketing content that resonates strongly with our audience. You’ll be responsible for owning our various solutions and use cases from a Marketing perspective – ensuring we pitch and communicate these effectively and consistently across all channels: from social media posts to website pages to sales conversations. You will work with our Customer Success and Account Management teams to create compelling case studies, reference cases, best practice examples and success story content from our customers. You will collaborate with our Product Management team to coordinate timely and informative campaigns that support feature launches; creating use case specific content to support new releases and product education content in the form of written articles, emails and videos. You’ll also liaise with our Events team to ensure the BlueDolphin platform is appropriately represented at customer, prospect and online events.
Ultimately, the role of the Product Content Marketer is to become “the voice of BlueDolphin”, turning complex and technical content about the product into a compelling and inspiring proposition for a range of audiences. While this position is a function of the Marketing team, the best candidates will be able to demonstrate experience of, or a strong affinity for, communicating effectively with stakeholders in the information technology space. A working knowledge of enterprise architecture, infrastructure, applications, security and data will be important to succeed in this position.
